Health is vitality and the flourishing expression of our spirit. Where there is blockage, ill-health can result by filtering down through our spiritual, mental and emotional layers until it is manifest in our physical body. Healing sessions allow us to address the beliefs we hold about ourselves and give them attention in a safe and supportive setting. Through counselling we can help explore the issue and healing work can help facilitate the change that cannot be resolved through ‘talking about it’.
